His paternal grandfather is HUGH WILLIAMSON; his maternal grandfather was RICHARD THOMPSON and his maternal grandmother is MARGARET BARR. He had three brothers and a sister, named BENJAMIN W, JOHN, HAMMOND and ANNA EVA. He had seven half-brothers and two half-sisters, named ALDEN, SOLOMON, WILLIAM, ELIJAH, ELIAS CHARLES, JAMES, HIRAM, ELIZABETH and NANCY. He died in 1872 in WYOMING CO.,VA.-
