Thomas was born on February 13th, 1616 in Hitcham,Suffolk,England Or Sto,New London. Thomas' father was Robert Parke and his mother was Martha Chaplin. His paternal grandparents were Robert Parke and Alice Chaplin; his maternal grandparents were Robert William Chaplin and Agnes Elizabeth Ansty. He had ten brothers and four sisters, named Martin, Thomas, Robert, William, Richard, John, Joseph, Edward, Hitcham, Samuel, Martha, Jane, Elizabeth and Anne. He was the third youngest of the fifteen children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named Robert and Martha. He died at the age of 93 on July 30th, 1709 in Wethersfield,Preston,New London,CT.
