JACOB CHRISMAN 
JACOB was born about 1787 in ALLEGANY CO,MARYLAND. JACOB's father was MATTHIAS C. CHRISMAN and his mother was ELIZABETH GROSS. His paternal grandfather was JOHANNES PHILIP CHRISMAN; his maternal grandfather was JOHANNES GROSS and his maternal grandmother is HANNAH UNKNOWN. He had four brothers and two sisters, named JOHN, MATTHIAS, PHILLIP, JAMES, HANNAH and CATHERINE. He is the oldest of the seven children.
