KATHERINE was born on August 12th, 1797 in MONTGOMERY CO,VA. KATHERINE's father was JOHN V BORDERS and her mother was CATHERINE ELIZABETH SELLARDS. Her maternal grandfather was HEZEKIAH SELLARDS and her maternal grandmother is JANE BREVARD. She had four brothers and three sisters, named MICHAEL, HEZEKIAH, JOHN, ARCHIBALD, MARY, ELIZABETH and JEMIMA. She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 105 in January 1903 in LAWRENCE CO,KENTUCKY.General Notes
