John titcomb Jr. 
John was born on June 5th, 1836 in Newberry, Berkshire, England and his baptism took place there on June 6th, 1837. John's father was John titcomb and his mother was Mary ATKINS. His paternal grandparents are William titcomb and Ann BELCHER; his maternal grandparents are Francis ATKINS and Martha BADNELL. He had two brothers and five sisters, named Luke, Joseph, Naomi, Mary Jane, Ruth, Hannah and Unice. He was the third oldest of the eight children.
