Robert WHITNEY 
Robert was born about 1521 in Of, Icomb, Gloucestershire, England. Robert's father was Robert WHITNEY and his mother is Margaret WYE. He was Knighted Oct 1553,the day after Queen Mary's coronation. Was summoned before the privy council in 1555-1559. Was a member of Herefordshire Parliment in 1559.
