Nicholas was born in Single Hall, Lancashire, England and his baptism took place on June 21st, 1718 in PRESTON, Lancs, Engld. Nicholas' father was William WALL and his mother was Mary PARKINSON. His paternal grandparents were Nicholas WALL and Dorothy HODGKINSON; his maternal grandparents are Nicholas PARKINSON and Mrs-Nicholas PARKINSON. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Francis, Robert, Edward, Evan, William, Isabel, Dorothy, Margaret and Ann. He died on April 22nd, 1753.-
