Udalrich I's father was Adalberto I Of Karantanien Count and his mother was Luitgard Von Preising.  His paternal grandparents were Ratold Of Ebersburg Lord and Engelmut (); his maternal grandfather is Papo Von Preising. He had a sister named Hadamut.  He died on October 11th, 1029.  He was buried in 1029.
