Middleborough was born on July 3rd, 1677 in Taunton, Of Tudeley, MA. Middleborough's father was Richard Stephens and her mother was Mary Lincoln. Her paternal grandparents are Nicholas Stephens and Elizabeth STORKEY; her maternal grandfather was Thomas Lincoln and her maternal grandmother is Mrs. Lincoln. She had four brothers and a sister, named Nicholas, Thomas, Nathaniel, Richard and Mary. She died at the age of 38 on November 5th, 1715 in Greenwich, Washington, Amenia.-
