Rachel was born in 1719 in Jacomiah, Providence, Ceder (Now Utah). Rachel's father was William PALMER and her mother is Rachel FOWLER. Her paternal grandparents were William PALMER and Mary Tyler; her maternal grandparents are Edmund FOWLER and Rachel HUNT. She had ten brothers and four sisters, named William, Abraham, Reuben, Phebe, Crum Elbow, Thomas, Ezekiel, Brooks, Mary, Edward, Esther, Amy, Crumb Elbow and Mary.-
