William De Ross' father is William De Ross Of Ross IV Earl and his mother is Jean Comyn.  His paternal grandfather was Fergus Mc Taggart Of Ross III Earl; his maternal grandparents are William Comyn and Sarah Fitz Hugh.  He was an only child.  He died on January 28th, 1322.  He was buried in 1322.
