Frederick Of Formbach Count

Frederick was born about 1020.  Frederick's father is Dietmar (Thiemo) In The Quinzigau Count.  His paternal grandparents are Berthold I In The Lurngau Count and Himiltrude (). He had two brothers named Thiemo II (Dietmar) and Heinrich II.  He was the second oldest of the three children.  He died in 1059.  He was buried in 1059 in Formbach.

They had a daughter named Hedwig.
