John HOLBROOK 
John was born about 1664 in Mendon, Wrcst., MA. John's father was William HOLBROOK and his mother was Elizabeth PITTS OR PETTS. His paternal grandparents were Thomas HOLBROOK and Jane POWYES OR POWIS. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named Samuel, William, Cornelius, Elizabeth, Hopestill, Mehitable, Jane, Persis, Millicent and Experience. He was the third youngest of the eleven children. He died on May 3rd, 1721.-
