Foulque's father was Hugh III De Beaumont Seigneur and his mother is Letgarde ().  His paternal grandfather was Hugh II De Beaumont Seigneur and his paternal grandmother is Ermengarde ().  He was an only child.  He died about 1055.  He was buried about 1055.

They had a son named Geoffrey.
