Abiel FAIRCHILD 
Abiel was born about 1693 in Stratford, Fairfield, Conn. Abiel's father was Zachariah FAIRCHILD and his mother was Hannah BEACH. His paternal grandparents were Thomas FAIRCHILD and Faith SEABROOK; his maternal grandparents were John BEACH and Mary STAPLES. He had six brothers and three sisters, named David, Mehitable, Agur, Caleb, James, Zechariah, Mehitable, Hannah and Mary. He was the youngest of the ten children. He died on August 14th, 1785.-
