Guncelin de Badlesmere

Guncelin was born about 1205 in Castle Tong, Chilham, Kent, England.  Guncelin's father was Bartholomew II de Badlesmere and his mother was Daughter de Peyferer.  His paternal grandfather was Bartholomew de Badlesmere. He had three brothers named Giles Bartholomew, Ralph and Bartholomew III.  He is the second oldest of the four children.
