Francis Taliaferro 
Francis was born in 1654 in Gloucester, Gloucester County, Virginia. Francis' father was Robert Taliaferro and his mother was Katherine Sara Debman. His paternal grandparents were Francis Taliaferro and Bennet Haie. He had four brothers and three sisters, named John, Charles, Richard, Robert, Mary, Catherine and Sarah. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 56 in 1710 in Essex County, Virginia.-
