John Adam Stoudt 
John Adam was born in 1777 in Bern Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania. John Adam's father was Jacob Stout and his mother was Margaretha Catherine Spohn. His paternal grandparents were Johann Michael Stoudt and Maria Barbara Houghen; his maternal grandparents were Johan Heinrich Spohn and UNKNOWN Catherine. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John Jacob, John Henry, Daniel, Maria, Elizabeth, Anna Margareth, Barbara and Catherine. He was the fourth oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 76 on September 18th, 1853 in Richmond Township, Berks County, Pennsylvania.-
