Samuel Steele 
Samuel was born in 1626 in Fairsted/Fairstead, Essex County, England. Samuel's father was John Steele and his mother was Rachel Talcott. His paternal grandparents were Richard Steele and UNKNOWN Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were John Talcott and Anne Skinner. He had three brothers and five sisters, named John Jr., Daniel, Daniel, Rachel, Lydia Hannah, Mary, Sarah and Hannah. He died at the age of 59 on August 15th, 1685 in Farmington, Connecticut.-
