Julia Ann was born on March 23rd, 1863 in Kanawha County, West Virginia. Julia Ann's father was Henderson Shaver and her mother was Alicianna Blackshire. Her paternal grandparents were John David Shaver and Mary Parsons. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Henry F., Albert Henderson, Edward James, Mary C., Rebecca and Louisa. She had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named William F., Charles Estil and Mahala E.. She died at the age of 71 on September 22nd, 1934 in Fletcher, West Virginia. She was buried in Kiser Memorial Cemetery, Kentuck, West Virginia.General Notes
