Richard Schmidt

Richard was born in 1861 in Madison, Wisconsin.  Richard's father was Anthony Schmidt and his mother was Barbara Van Sant. He had two brothers and two sisters, named George A, Martin Franklin, Pauline and Lorna.  He is the third oldest of the five children.
