Peter August of was born on December 7th, 1696. Peter August of's father was Frederick Louis of Schleswig-Holstein and his mother is Louise Charlotte von Holstein-Sonderburg. His paternal grandparents were August Philipp of Schleswig-Holstein and Clara von Oldenburg. He was an only child. He died at the age of 78 on March 22nd, 1775.-
