Theophilus Rix 
Theophilus was born in 1665 in Salem, Massachusetts. Theophilus' father was Thomas Rix and his mother was Bridget Muskett. He had four half-brothers and a half-sister, named William, Samuel, Joseph, Benjamin and Martha.
