Thomas McElwain 
Thomas was born on March 3rd, 1800 in Franklin County, Virginia. Thomas' father was Tunis McElwain and his mother was Catherine Propst. He was an only child. He died at the age of 72 on August 17th, 1872 in Braxton County, West Virginia.
