Elias Huff 
Elias was born on January 7th, 1783 in Pennsylvania or Virginia. Elias' father was Peter Andrew Hauff and his mother was UNKNOWN Barbara. His paternal grandparents were Peter Hauff and Anna Mary. He had six brothers and two sisters, named Benjamin, Joseph, John, Joshua, Leonard, Peter, Sally and Anna. He was the third oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 87 on July 4th, 1870 in McDonough County, Illinois. He was buried in Souoth Cemetery, Blandinsville, McDonough County, Illinois.General Notes

Elias and Anna Margaret were married in a religious ceremony on November 8th, 1804 in Rockingham County, Virginia. They had a daughter named Elizabeth Ann.
