Wendal Heimbach 
Wendal was born on November 24th, 1782 in Zionsville, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Wendal's father was David Heimbach and his mother was Gertrude Hertzog. His paternal grandparents were Matthias Johann Heimbach and Susanna Weske; his maternal grandfather was Philip Hertzog. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Johan Heinrich, David, Elizabeth, Catharine and Christine. He was the youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 69 on March 13th, 1852.General Notes
