Halsey Sinclair was born on March 4th, 1894 in Little Rock, Pulaski, Arkansas. Halsey Sinclair's father was Charles Wesley Hawkins and his mother was Martha Jennie Allen. His maternal grandparents were William Benjamin Allen and Barbara Ann Chisolm. He was an only child. He died at the age of 88 on August 23rd, 1982 in Midland, Texas.-
