Philip Harper

Philip was born before 1780.  Philip's father was Hans Jacob Harper.  His paternal grandfather was Michael Harper. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Jacob, John, William, Barbara and Mary.  He died in 1798 in Pendleton County,  Virginia now West Virginia.

‌Philip and Susan were married in a religious ceremony before 1798.  They had three sons named Adam, Jacob and Philip.
