Mildred Alice Fowlie

Mildred Alice was born on December 14th, 1898.  Mildred Alice's father was Frank Leslie Fowley and her mother was Alice Gertrude Wallace.  She is an only child.

‌Mildred Alice and Arthur Ogan were married in a religious ceremony on January 31st, 1920 in Utica Township, La Salle County, Illinois.  They had a daughter named Eleanor Louise.
