Gertraut Eisenhart

Gertraut was born about 1794 in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania. Gertraut's father was Johann Andreas Eisenhart and her mother was Elizabeth Jarrett. Her paternal grandparents were Andreas Eisenhart and Anna Margaretha Maria Herter; her maternal grandparents were Isaac Jarrett and Catherina Wetzel. She had seven brothers and seven sisters, named Andreas, Johannes, Jacob, Daniel, Andreas, Heinrich, George, Catharina, Maria Magdalena, Maria, Susanna, Elisabetha, Dorothea and Lydia. She is the youngest of the fifteen children.
