Charles E. was born about 1860. Charles E.'s father was John Crosiar and his mother was Mary Holland. His maternal grandparents were Nathaniel Holland and Eunice Owen. He has four brothers and two sisters, named Joseph, William, Everett, Glen, Charlotte and Ethel. He is the oldest of the seven children.-
