James Critton 
James was born about 1778 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia). James' father was John Sr. Critton and his mother was UNKNOWN Mary. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John Jr, William, Issac, Gabriel, Jacob, Elizabeth, Sarah and Mary. He died in 1857 in Putnam County, Ohio.General Notes
