Harriet Critton 
Harriet was born about 1822 in Hampshire County, Virginia (now West Virginia). Harriet's father was John III Critton and her mother was Hannah Royce. Her paternal grandparents were John Jr Critton and UNKNOWN Barbara; her maternal grandfather was Daniel Royce. She had two brothers and two sisters, named Daniel, John IV, Sarah Jane and Martha Ann. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died after 1844.-
