Hannah Elizabeth was born about 1847 in Hampshire County, Virginia. Hannah Elizabeth's father was John IV Critton and her mother was Phebe Largent. Her paternal grandparents were John III Critton and Hannah Royce; her maternal grandparents were John Largent and UNKNOWN Elizabeth. She had a brother and a sister, named John and Harriet. She was the oldest of the three children. She died after 1868.-
