Herbert Eugene Cagley

Herbert Eugene was born on April 28th, 1926 in Pontiac, Illinois.  Herbert Eugene's father was William Mack Cagley and his mother was Phoebe Isabelle Dixon.  His paternal grandparents were George Wesley Cagley and Melinda Wells.  He was an only child.  He died at the age of 71 on March 19th, 1998 in Harlingen, Texas.

‌Herbert Eugene and Thelma Rose were married in a religious ceremony on December 16th, 1944 in Pontiac, Illinois.¹   They had a son and three daughters, named Living, Living, Living and Living.
