James Burr Self

James Burr was born on July 30th, 1866.  James Burr's father is R. F. Self and his mother was Ruth Ann Billingsley.  His maternal grandparents are Christopher Billingsley and Lavesta Ann Brown. He has two brothers and two sisters, named George Franklin, William Thomas, Sarah Ann and Mary Jane.  He is the oldest of the five children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named William Christopher and Juliett Catherine.
