Ciscile Neubert 
Ciscile was born in February 1880 in Mississippi. Ciscile's father is Ludwig Neubert and her mother is Francisco Annie Weiss. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Antonio M., Reinhardt Ludwig, Caroline, Louise, Hettie and Henrietta. She is the youngest of the seven children.
