Elliott McCaskill 
Elliott was born in December 1869 in Mississippi. Elliott's father is J. D. McCaskill and his mother is Mary Elliott. His maternal grandfather was Abner Elliott and his maternal grandmother is Rebecca Unknown. He had three brothers and two sisters, named James, Robert, Malcolm, C. and Lilla. He was the third oldest of the six children. He died before 1880.
