Ruth Cecilia was born on October 20th, 1901 in Daviess Co., Kentucky.¹   She died at the age of 80 on August 2nd, 1982 in Owensboro, Daviess Co., Kentucky.  She was buried in St. Anthony's Catholic Cem., Browns Valley, Daviess Co., Kentucky.^1 1
