Ruth Cecilia Payne

Ruth Cecilia was born on October 20th, 1901 in Daviess Co., Kentucky.¹   Ruth Cecilia's father is George Douglas Payne and her mother is Mary Magdalene Clark.  She was an only child.  She died at the age of 80 on August 2nd, 1982 in Owensboro, Daviess Co., Kentucky.  She was buried in St. Anthony's Catholic Cem., Browns Valley, Daviess Co., Kentucky.^1 1 

‌Ruth Cecilia and William Garrett, Sr. were married in a religious ceremony on September 28th, 1920 in St. Martin's Catholic Church, Rome, Daviess Co., Kentucky.¹   They had a son named Living.
