Edward Brown, Jr. was born on December 19th, 1878 in Louisville, Kentucky.1 Edward Brown, Jr.'s father was Edward Brown Woodfill and his mother was Mary Jane Brown. His paternal grandparents were John Hayes Woodfill and Hulda Jane Sinex; his maternal grandparents were John Brown and Mary Jane Scott. He had seven sisters named Lillie Jane, Ann Belle, Blanche May, Florence Ethyl, Sarah Elizabeth, Grace Adell and Zerelda A.. He was the second oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 58 on January 11th, 1937 in Toledo, Ohio - Buried in New Albany, Indiana.1 -
