Bobbie Nell was born on February 20th, 1929.1 Bobbie Nell's father is James Purcell Windham and her mother is Irma Vivian Dowling. Her maternal grandparents were John Madison Dowling and Martha Ella McFarland. She had two brothers named James Arlis and John Dowling. She is the youngest of the three children.General Notes
