James, Capt. was born about 1802.¹   James, Capt.'s father was James Wilson and his mother is Narcy Cork\Caulk?. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Daniel Denny, Robert, John Calvin, Milton E., Margaret G., Jennie Ann, Mary Caroline, Benita Nitha and Laura.  He is the oldest of the ten children.
