W. C. Warren

W. C. was born in 1835 in Waterford, Mississippi.¹ W. C.'s father is Moses Warren and his mother is Sidney Carter. His paternal grandfather was Charles Warren and his paternal grandmother is Milly Waters. He had seven brothers and four sisters, named James, Marion, Emmanuel, Lemuel, Charles R., Thomas Hackley, Jackson, Henrietta, Serena, Lucrecia and Sarah. He is the second youngest of the twelve children.
