Thomas Hackley was born in 1765 in Virginia.1 Thomas Hackley's father was Lancelot Warren and his mother is Margaret Haskins. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Warren and Elizabeth Mary Hackley. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Gabriel, Reuben, Joseph, David, Sarah, Jane, Hannah and Elizabeth. He is the youngest of the ten children.
