Paschal C. Warren 
Paschal C. was born in 1827 in Kentucky.1 Paschal C.'s father was William Patrick Warren and his mother was Rachel Skaggs. His paternal grandparents were Hugh,Jr. Warren and Elizabeth Unknown; his maternal grandfather was William Skaggs and his maternal grandmother is Mary Polly Pierce. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Paschal C, Mitchell, William S, Lewis, Lewis, Joseph Patrick, Daniel, Daniel, Elizabeth, Polly, Cyntha and Nancy J.
