Offie Albert was born on April 22nd, 1909 in Joe Lee Community , Bell Co., Texas.1 Offie Albert's father was Ernest Warren and his mother was Gaudy Beatrice Calhoun. His paternal grandparents were Felix Grundy,Jr. Warren and Elizabeth Jane McGlasson. He had five brothers and three sisters, named Willie Osburn, Douglas Daniel, Arthur Alfred, Ernest Ennis, Floyd T., Ida Beatrice, Iva Mae Louise and Eva Helena. He died at the age of 79 on February 2nd, 1989 in Kaufman Co., Texas. He was buried in Dallas, Dallas Co., Texas.1 1 General Notes
