Charles Henry was born on May 21st, 1772 in Lynchburg, Virgina.1 Charles Henry's father was Robert Warren and his mother is Martha Briscoe. His paternal grandfather was Barton Warren and his paternal grandmother is Elizabeth Unknown. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named Barton, Edward Vincent, William Briscoe, Robert Washington, John, Samuel D., Thomas Stanley, Martha, Susannah, Mary, Jane and Lydia.
