Walter I. Victor

Walter I. was born on December 23rd, 1842.¹ Walter I.'s father is Jacob Victor and his mother was Clara Graham. His maternal grandparents were Johnson Graham and Casandra Stone. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Carrison, John, Columbus C., Rufus A., Robert W., Eliza C. and Ermine C.. He is the second youngest of the eight children.
