Bessie Tutor 
Bessie was born on May 4th, 1894 in Harnett Co., North Carolina.1 Bessie's father is Wiley Oscar Tutor and her mother is Nannie Johnson. Her paternal grandparents were Jessie Harris Tutor and Sarah Elizabeth Sexton; her maternal grandparents are Hilliard Johnson and Charity Dennis. She was an only child. She died at the age of 91 on August 4th, 1985. She was buried in Macedonia Church Cemetery.1 1 General Notes
